Hot Stone Massage
 
In Hot Stone Massage, heated stones are used to relax and massage tight, sore muscles. The stones can be used for their heat alone, or as massage tools. Often times, the stones are placed along the body's different Chakra points to open up energy channels.  Hot Stones relax muscles on a much deeper level, allowing access to deeper muscle groups, and enchancing the massage experience. Hot Stone Massage effectively helps Increase circulation, reduce neck and back pain, stress, depression, arthritis, TMJ and provides reflief from the pain of Fibromyalgia and Multiple Sclerosis.
Deep Tissue Massage
 
This type of massage is extremely beneficial because it reaches the deepest layer of muscles, fascia, and tendons. The focus in deep tissue massage is to breakdown adhesions (muscle fibers that are stuck together). It's important to address adhesions, even though it can sometimes feel a little intense, but it's a much needed release. Adhesions can cause inflammation, pain and can decrease motion of  the muscles and joints. 
Deep tissue Massage is an effectivly alleviates chronic pain, breaks up scar tissue, impoves body posture and motion, and helps with muscle damage caused by caused injuries.
Swedish Massage
      
Swedish massage is what commonly comes to mind when most people think about massage, because of the long effleurage strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. 
Swedish massage is deeply relaxing and beneficial. This modalitly increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, and  flushes out toxins by improving circulation.
Cranial Sacral
 

       Cranial Sacral is a therapy that uses gentle pressure applied to the base of the skull to restore the rhythmic flow in the craniosacral system. Craniosacral therapy leaves you in a state of clarity, harmony and emotional peace. Cranial Sacral therapy helps dissolve physical pain that has been stored in the body.

     Reflexology consists of precise pressure applied to certain points on the feet and hands and sometimes ears. These areas and reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems. Stimulation of these reflex points can help restore the body's optimum physiological functioning. Reflexology also helps reduce tension and stress in the body.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is a form of Chinese medicine that uses suction to focus blood flow in an area. This helps your body flush out built-up toxins through the lymphatic system. Cupping is deeply theurapetic because it creates space in the muscle and fascia layers freeing restrictions and eases stiffness and pain.
